We purchased the property below its intrinsic values and have already realized significant upside.
Story
The Wilton Arms operates like a different building than when we purchased it. We painted the exterior, landscaped the yards, and restored the common areas. We’ve also renovated all 25 apartments and cut our electric bill by 50% with a lighting efficiency project and by converting heating fuel from oil to gas, all of which help to yield better than expected rent increases.
